  From OK to absolute rubbish, We flew from Madrid to Indianapolis Via Chicago and returned Indianapolis Via JFK New York to Madrid. Outward bound we had an Iberian Plane seating was good and on-board entertainment fantastic with individual seat monitors and a good selection of films and shows to keep you entertained the plane was modern and the flight passed quickly. From Chicago to Indianapolis a smaller plane but not overcrowded and room for luggage. The return was a nightmare, the plane from Indianapolis was chartered by AA to another company, it was crowded and we had to put luggage under our seats which cramped up any leg space. So at JFK I purchased preferred seating to get extra legroom on the next leg of our journey. The AA plane was old and looked tired, they only had wall mounted monitors that looked as if they had been made just after the demise of the cathode-ray tube and the entertainment very poor. To make matters worse our preferred seating was not as advertised they were just normal seats with very little leg room even worse they felt narrower than the Iberian planes. I complained to the flight intendant and she agreed they were not preferred seating so we had forked out an extra $123 for nothing even worse we found out they had deducted this amount out twice from our bank account. I would advise others to look elsewhere for your flights. I have sent emails and phoned AA about the deduction of now $246 but have had no reply.

• Review of "Hari S Carpets" at Hounslow

  I was on a tight timescale and contacted Hari on a Saturday afternoon to ask how quickly he could supply and fit my Primo Ultra carpets and lay a laminate floor for me. Hari came round that night and measured up, I told him the type & shade I wanted. He rang me the next day to confirm the price and arranged for his fitters to come out 2 days later. They were very busy & got to my place late in the day but they stayed until 10pm, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. An excellent customer service at a good price. I would most definitely go to Hari again for any new carpets or flooring. Highly recommend.

• Review of "European Portrait Studios" at Hounslow

  very disappointed to have been hoodwinked by this organisation with very misleading sales pitch resulting in NOT receiving what I was led to believe I had purchased and instead being asked to pay DOUBLE in order to receive what I was expecting.
  
  Summary of what I paid
  £15 for photoshoot and 1 large print
  £199.95 for 4 additional images in medium, small and keyring sizes plus digital images
  
  After receiving a set of doctored versions of the image files by email which are basically unusable instead of the original files I was expecting I contacted these scammers by email only to be told that it was stated on the small print of the documentation that the digital images offer are reduced file size not suitable for printing. This was NOT what I was sold by the salesman who deliberately omitted this aspect when outlining the offer purposely allowing me to believe that I would be receiving the actual digital files in a usable format and not a set of stupid low resolution versions.
  
  I was however invited to buy the original digital files that I had already been led to believe that I had purchased in the £199.95 bundle for the bargain price of another £199.95 - an offer I declined.
  
  I recommend either avoiding this outfit entirely or being very diligent in establishing exactly what you are being offered for your money.
