- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Booked a flight through this travel agency for my disabled mum. They were suppose to arrange special assistance and extra luggage for her medication. However, when we went to check-in we found out that none of these arrangements were done and due to the complications my mum missed her flight. After contacting them to resolve the situation I have been transferred to different people, hung up and put on hold for over 40 mins. Book with them at your own peril!By las71637, September 05, 2020
