- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolute terrible experience with this company. Family of 4 booked four return tickets to Asia and was repeatedly informed over the phone our luggage allowance was 40kg despite our ticket information saying that its 30kg. On the day of the flight, 3 hours before we were due to leave to the airport we were then informed by Flight catchers that Qatar Airways had changed their luggage policy due to political issues in the Middle East despite our flight not landing in the Middle East!!! Qatar airways confirmed this was a b******* made up excuse that they were unaware of any such thing.After asking matter to be escalated to a manager the FlightCatchers employee then denies ever saying such thing! Avoid at all costs. If you must book through this agency - AVOID MAN NAMED B****. He is a rude diagusting liar with no sense of customer service or manners.By skhan, May 15, 2020
